WAIF to Manage All Pet Licensing Starting August 1st 

August 1, 2024 - Oak Harbor, WA – The City of Oak Harbor is pleased to announce a partnership with WAIF (Whidbey Animal Improvement Foundation) to manage all pet licensing for residents starting August 1st, 2024.

This new collaboration aims to streamline the pet licensing process for Oak Harbor residents and ensure all pets are properly licensed and vaccinated.

Benefits of WAIF Pet Licensing:

  • Convenience: Residents can license their pets online or in person at the WAIF shelters in Oak Harbor and Coupeville. 
  • Accessibility: WAIF offers extended licensing hours

Supporting WAIF:

In addition to licensing your pet, residents can further support WAIF's mission by donating pet supplies or food for WAIF animals. Donations can be made at the City offices during regular business hours.
