Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) Code Revisions
Senior Planner Ray Lindenburg presented the revisions to the ADU code as part of a policy from the Affordable Housing Task Force to lower barriers for constructing units.
Building Code Updates
Development Services Director David Kuhl presented two proposed code updates for requiring payment of plan check fees at building application submittal and changing the expiration of a building permit from six months to two years.

Clean Water Facility Debt Discussion
Finance Director David Goldman provided information for Council consideration regarding a possible consolidation of the loans associated with the Clean Water Facility and associated cost comparisons.
