Due to weather, the City is delaying disconnecting utility services for past-due accounts today. These accounts were scheduled for disconnection because of non-payment. Customers would have received notification that their services were scheduled for disconnection because of past-due balances. Customers can make utility billing payments over the phone by calling 360-279-4530, and our staff will assist you.
Additionally, we are seeing more conversations on social media about freezing pipes.
