America250’s mission is to celebrate and commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, marking America’s Semiquincentennial. We aim to inspire our fellow Americans to reflect on our past, strengthen our love of country, and renew our commitment to the ideals of democracy through programs that educate, engage, and unite us as a nation. America250 LOGOThe City of Oak Harbor would like to thank Sarah and Ryan for designing the official City of Oak Harbor America250 logo.



The Oak Harbor America250 logo was created by Ryan Bradley and Sarah Silverman-Pucci. 

The initial thumbnail "Wings" sketch is below. The wings were a watercolor design, and the growler and eagle silhouettes were traced using vector graphics. Sarah initially selected a more cobalt blue, though the royal indigo was her final decision. Ryan sharpened the flag design, then suggested adding the City name.
