The project will take place on SW Lopez Drive (between SW 4th Ave and SW Judson Dr) and SW Kirk Lane.
This local funded project will install a new watermain, remove and replace the roadway surface, replace defective sidewalk, and upgrade replace storm drain infrastructure.

Funding
The City’s Transportation Benefit District (TBD) funds will cover costs associated with improvements on this section of roadway. The Water Capital Fund will cover the costs associated with the replacement of the existing water main.
Schedule
The contractor (C. Johnson Construction, Inc.) is anticipated to begin preliminary work on August 25th, 2025.
