Wait List

Oak Harbor Marina will send you an invoice for $50 per wait list after we receive your completed wait list form. Invoice(s) must be paid within 3 days of invoice. If invoice is not paid, you will be taken off wait list(s). This wait list fee is charged per wait list, per year. (non-refundable). After 2 slip offers are declined, customer will go to the bottom of the wait list.

Request to be added to a wait list for a long term slip via Dockwa. 

 *Join the Wait list at Oak Harbor Marina. Click Here 
 *Your boat information will automatically come up if you already have a Dockwa account. If you do not have an account you will need to       enter this information. (Make sure you have your overall length of your boat: swim step, motor, anchor...we measure tip to tip.) In this wait list request, it will ask for boat registration and insurance information. If you do not have this information on hand, please enter n/a and click on the first date available for expiration date. We will need this information when we confirm an available slip for you.
*Under "Special Request" enter in what wait list (s) you would like to be added to and where your boat is currently. 
*Then click " Join the wait list"

We will receive your Inquiry and reach out to you directly via email/phone/text with more information. 

Please Note: We are automatically notified of your inquiry and continue to be notified by Dockwa until action is taken from our end. 

Additional Instructions

  • You will be required to pay a fee of $50 per waitlist annually.  This fee is non-refundable. 
  • City of Oak Harbor Marina staff will measure LOA of all boats (motor, anchor, and swim step from tip to tip)
  • Each slip can have a maximum two foot overhang. Click map for Dock/slip size throughout the marina.
  • Moorage Rates
  • Each May/June, we will have a Map of available slips located on the Moorage page, which will be updated weekly.
  • We are no longer granting any LIVE ABOARD status.
