Storage

The City of Oak Harbor Marina offers two types of storage. Storage Sheds and Boat/Trailer Storage

There is not vehicle or RV storage at the marina. Vehicles in parking lot for more than 72 hours will be towed at owners expense.

Storage Sheds - Agreement

96 storage sheds are available for rent. Rental is available to the general public.

A 30-day notice is required to terminate storage units via email or text.
All keys issued must be returned. ($25 key deposit per key)
Marina dumpster are for boat tenants only.
Renter cannot store, dump, spill, or allow the spillage or dumping of toxic waste and materials in the storage shed. Toxic waste and materials include all such materials so defined under federal or state law and include but are not limited to: oils, gasoline, batteries, oil-based paints, cleaning solvents, and wood preservatives.

Size	10' x 10' x 25'
Cost	$50 per year for the waitlist $194.03 per month (first and last month rent is required upon renting a shed)

The City of Oak Harbor Marina has 75 dry boat/boat trailer storage spaces to rent. Requirements for boat/boat trailer storage spaces:

A 30-day notice is required to terminate parking storage via email or text.
While stored at the Marina, no work is permitted on the boat/trailer.
Nothing may be left on the ground, around, behind or in front of the boat and/or boat trailer.
All boats and trailers must be registered, and a copy of the registration for the boat and trailer must be given to the Marina Office every year when the boat and trailer are renewed.
All boats and trailers must be insured with the Marina listed as an additional insured party on the insurance. A copy of the insurance paperwork must be provided to the Marina office annually.

Size	Each space accommodates boats up to 32' (feet). Boats must be on a boat trailer and cannot be "blocked" up.
Cost	$64.25 per month (first and last month rent is required upon renting a space)

All occupants must complete and submit a Boat/Trailer Storage Contract to the Marina Office.
